By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.---1. Payment
* Full prepayment
* Payment is made after I confirm your form. Payment allows you to join the queue
* Private arts are accepted +50% to the cost (you must notify before the art, otherwise the art will be public)
* I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment
* At the moment, main payment method is Boosty, Hipolink, EasyStart or Paypal2. Process
* Major changes and edits are only possible at the sketch stage. Each significant change after sketch approval will incur an additional fee.
* When the customer received the finished work and did not see any errors, confirming that I had finished all the work. I am closing the order and will not return to work with it3. Delivery & Files
* You will receive the final artwork as a high-resolution PNG file.
* Source files (e.g., .PSD, .SAI, layers) are not included and will not be provided.4. Character Consent
* The client must be the owner of all commissioned characters or have explicit permission from the owner(s). The exception is for SFW gifts or fan art featuring characters from games, TV shows, or movies5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* I reserve the right not to accept commission, if I do not feel comfortable by any aspect
* I do not refund money. (At the moment I live in a country where I can't send money. For this reason, I cannot refund money.)
* If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked. Please, respect artists!6. Copyright & Usage– Artist Rights –
* The artist retains the copyright to display and distribute the commission both personally and commercially on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social media, or stream on any streaming platform.
* However, the client can ask for it not to be posted on social media or streamed if they wish. (+30% of the total amount)
* The artist has natural rights to post WIPs (Work in Progress) on social media if they wish. The client can ask for it not to be posted, but they must make it clear at the start. If it was not verbalized, then it's assumed the client allows WIPs and the finished commission to be posted.
*I can: use any picture I create to sell in art show, in print, animation and games. All pictures for Patreon projects and other digital projects. (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)– Client Rights –
* The client cannot claim credit, copy, trace, or alter the commission as their own work, and the artist must be credited if the commission is posted on social media.
* If the client wants to alter the art, they should ask for permission from the artist.
* The client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual without asking for permission.
* The client cannot use the commissioned work for AI training or for anything involving AI.
